Tap Up is that SILENT movement that equals LOUD results.   That simple Tap Up on your shoulder telling you to move towards the unknown, that I’ve got your back and I trust you to lead us.  Working together knowing we are all going home when the work is done. All while protecting the citizens from the monsters they don’t even know exist.

Tap Up is far more than just that- it’s about having your teammates back both on and off the job. We have all been put in critical situations and subjected ourselves to seeing things most people will never experience. We must check on each other daily to make sure we are good mentally as to wake up and do it all over again day in and day out.
